this drama mengisahkan sorang Dr ni - Keigo Hayami (Osamu Mukai) which is a heart surgeon yang kerja kat salah satu hospital di Tokyo..but suddenly diarahkan untuk berkhidmat di sebuah hospital/clinic di pergunungan during summer..
that hopital/clinic has minimal amount of medical equipment..and not a favor of Dr Keigo Hayami..tapi untuk balik ke hospital lama dia, dia belum dibenarkan lagi..so terpaksalah this Dr stay at that small 'hospital'..
despite of not liking the place, he need to stay there..in that hospital, semua diagnosis dilakukan dengan cara examine patient je..takde peralatan2 canggih untuk tolong diagnosed patient..
and in that hospital/clinic jugak no hierarki macam kat hospital biasa di bandar..semua orang dilayan sama je..and in that hospital/clinic ada sorang nurse yang from Tokyo jugak yang kerja situ..
by time, that Dr dah mula adapt with the situation there..and start to fall in love with the place..
but in the middle of the story, suddenly something big happen..and for me, that moment hit my feeling so hard..

for me this drama is a light drama jela..sebab episode dia tak banyak and jalan cerita pun tak heavy sangat..dia just cerita mostly about life of a Dr yang changed 360' from a 'city Dr' to a 'mountain Dr'..
pengajaran from this drama ada banyak jugak..each episoded have its own lessons to be learnt..antaranya:
- dont feel too comfortable when you are at the top of the wheel..at some point bila wheel tu pusing you can might be at the other parts of the wheel too..
- wherever you are, cuba berbaik dengan semua orang tanpa mengira siapa pun mereka..
- we never know when the last moment of us with everyone..so, cherish everyone everyday as if its their last..
- even how powerful or skillful you are, depan the loved one you tetap the weakest..
